http://www.haaretz.com/news/diplomacy-defense/israel-approves-500-new-homes-in-west-bank-settlements-in-response-to-itamar-attack-1.348864

It seems the only side benefiting from this terror attack is the shameless scoundrel Netanyahu, the Israeli government is already exploiting the deaths of this family blatantly in order to further its agenda of land grabbing

do you think this is a punishment or an excuse?

Has Israel over the years been trying to make Jerusalem more Jewish?

Monday, December 6th, 2010 at 2:38 am

For four decades, Israel has pushed to build and expand Jewish neighborhoods, while trying to restrict the growth in Arab parts of the city.
I can’t imagine the vitriol that would be packaged as journalism if some southern US state were to, say, subsidize the construction of white neighborhoods and yet refuse permits for private building in overcrowded black neighborhoods. In 2007. It would be the only news for weeks. But it’s Israel, so the New York Times shrugs as usual to avoid reporting the negative side of Israel. In fact most Media outlets here in America avoid it, in fact the News media in Israel is far better because all facts from both sides is reported. People just need to read News from all over these days to decide for themselves.

for the simple fact Israelis celebrated the construction ban, is that not proof to the US Israel isn't peace?

Sunday, October 3rd, 2010 at 5:02 pm

Israeli people are celebrating in the streets of Israel because the slowdown on construction has been lifted. But this also means there will never be peace in the Mid East, and if Israel cared, they would not build on future Palestinian ground.

so isn’t that proof that the Palestinians are the ones being oppressed? Because look at the news, it is the Israelis celebrating.

Friday, May 7th, 2010 at 12:01 am

I have been told by many Jews that one of the messianic expectations if that the temple will be rebuilt. How much would that cost? What would the political implications be, of taking over pieces of land that have since been occupied by other buildings, other owners, even other nations and religions?
Is there any capital plan in place in Israel to accomplish this construction project?
